The case alternates sinuous shapes and sharp edges which are further highlighted by a double finishing. The polishing of the horizontal surfaces, marked by a pleasantly classic touch, is juxtaposed with the very fine brushing of the vertical surfaces, which provides the case with a modern and refined profile.
BK7 glass has exceptional physical properties. It is lead free, lighter and is endowed with a better quality than other glass crystals. Its properties of low dispersion (with Abbe numbers around 60) and low refraction (≈1.52), combined with high clarity, make it perfect for creating high-precision and durable glass objects.
Our dive watch, water-resistant to a depth of 200 meters, takes its name from the Nereide submarine, a marvel of Venetian naval technology. This timepiece is engineered to endure strong stresses, making it particularly well-suited for water sports enthusiasts.
The sunray finishing is what makes this dial look so precious and eye-catching. Its name comes derives from a peculiar optical effect obtained by means of a multitude of engraved lines that converge to the center of the dial. The light is therefore reflected in a radial direction, enhancing its brightness.
