Asia region + HKD 200 shipping fee.

Europe, USA, Australia and other countries + HKD 250 shipping fee.

Regarding taxes:

Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, commodity tax, sales tax, service tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes themselves. SOMETIMESLAB will not cover any tax charges on your order.
The amount of tax depends on local customs and policies.
You will need to pay all relevant fees to the courier company before you receive the goods.
All amounts on the checkout page do not include any taxes.

Delivery arrangements:

All international orders are shipped under DAP(Delivered at Place) terms. Delivery is deemed complete once the carrier's tracking system marks the status as "Delivered" at the designated address. Any risk of loss or theft thereafter shall be borne by the buyer.
Please verify your shipping information, such as address, postal code, name, contact number, and email address.
Under normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within three business days.

Return and Refund Policy:

For hygiene reasons, all orders placed through the SOMETIMESLAB online store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the customer discovers a defective or damaged item upon receipt, or if the wrong item has been mistakenly sent by our company. Customers should also immediately (within 2 days) send us photos of proof so that we can arrange for processing.
