For hygiene reasons, all orders placed through the SometimesLab e-shop are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the customer discovers a defect or damage upon receipt, or if an incorrect item has been sent by the company. Customers are required to promptly notify us with photographic proof within 2 days of receipt to facilitate a resolution.
