TACS, inspired by the classic scooter, created the Automatic Motorscooter series, embodying a lifestyle and mechanical aesthetic that evokes the spirit of "Enjoy the Ride" every time you check the time.
Scooter Soul Visual Language: The dial design subtly incorporates iconic scooter elements, including a simulated radiator grille and dynamic color schemes, presenting a unique industrial aesthetic.
"Heartbeat" Skeleton Design: A precise movement skeleton window on the left allows you to directly witness the mechanical rhythm, much like the powerful vitality of a scooter engine starting up.
Playful Detail Quotes: The phrase "ENJOY THE RIDE" is specially marked on the lower edge of the dial, while the "Fuel Tank" indicator on the side playfully likens the process of adjusting the time to a refueling ceremony.

Important Notice: In accordance with Taiwan Customs regulations, customers must provide their full Chinese name, ID number, and complete the real-name authentication via the "EZ WAY" app prior to shipment.

Customs Duties & Taxes
• All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means the checkout total excludes local taxes, import duties, VAT, or any customs fees.
• Customers are solely responsible for paying all applicable import duties, sales taxes, and customs brokerage fees required by their local authorities. These fees must be paid to the courier before delivery.
• SOMETIMESLAB is not liable for any customs charges or delivery delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Delivery Arrangements
• Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days.
• For pre-ordered items, please refer to the specific estimated shipping times listed on the product page.
• Delivery is deemed completed once the carrier's tracking system updates the status to "Delivered" at the designated address. Any subsequent risk of loss, damage, or theft shall be borne by the buyer.
• Please carefully verify your shipping information (address, postal code, recipient name, contact number, and email) before finalizing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
• All sales are final: Due to hygiene considerations, products purchased from SOMETIMESLAB are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Exceptions for Defects/Incorrect Items: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive a
defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
• Reporting Window: To qualify for a return/exchange, you must contact us via email (hello@sometimeslab.hk) within 48 hours of delivery (as per the courier's tracking record), providing clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
