By reducing the case diameter, the crown naturally moves to the 3 o'clock position, giving the watch a new symmetrical aesthetic in design and finish. The improved crown position results in a slimmer case profile compared to its predecessor. To enhance wearing comfort while maintaining the series' distinctive features, the domed crystal has also been slightly reduced, creating a smoother, more modern silhouette.
This new 39.5mm watch stands out with its elegant finishes: all sides of the case (including the lugs) feature a refined vertical brushing technique that highlights details, while polished bevels enhance every angle and light reflection. The reduced curved crystal creates a slimmer overall profile. Worn on the wrist, it retains the luxurious character of the classic Matic series while being optimized in size and weight for a more comfortable wearing experience.

Important Notice: In accordance with Taiwan Customs regulations, customers must provide their full Chinese name, ID number, and complete the real-name authentication via the "EZ WAY" app prior to shipment.

• Europe, USA, Australia & Other Countries: HKD 250 (Free shipping on orders over HKD 7,000)
Customs Duties & Taxes
• All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means the checkout total excludes local taxes, import duties, VAT, or any customs fees.
• Customers are solely responsible for paying all applicable import duties, sales taxes, and customs brokerage fees required by their local authorities. These fees must be paid to the courier before delivery.
• SOMETIMESLAB is not liable for any customs charges or delivery delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Delivery Arrangements
• Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days.
• For pre-ordered items, please refer to the specific estimated shipping times listed on the product page.
• Delivery is deemed completed once the carrier's tracking system updates the status to "Delivered" at the designated address. Any subsequent risk of loss, damage, or theft shall be borne by the buyer.
• Please carefully verify your shipping information (address, postal code, recipient name, contact number, and email) before finalizing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
• All sales are final: Due to hygiene considerations, products purchased from SOMETIMESLAB are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Exceptions for Defects/Incorrect Items: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive a
defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
• Reporting Window: To qualify for a return/exchange, you must contact us via email (hello@sometimeslab.hk) within 48 hours of delivery (as per the courier's tracking record), providing clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
